What We Do
Supported Living
We support young people aged 16+ to have their own tenancies and to develop fulfilling lives in their local communities and attain independent living skills.
Person-Centred Support
Our support is person-centred, enabling each young person to grow and develop their skills and independence, ready for adulthood.
Support for Complex Needs
We support young people who have learning disabilities, autism, behaviours that challenge or other complex needs to live safely and as independently as possible.
Transition support
Linking with our transition support, focused 1:1 and small group work with young people in supported living helps them fully prepare for adulthood, and move on to lower levels of support as and when the time is right.
Robust Support Plans
Robust support plans are outcome-focused so that people progress to meet their short, medium and longer term goals. Young people benefit from a Key Worker who regularly reviews their support.
Positive Behaviour Support
It allows young people to become more confident and independent, leading to greater self-esteem and meets the needs of young people with behaviours that challenge, leading to better quality of life.
Testimonial
AF came in when had just turned 16, AF couldn’t do anything on his own. AF has been diagnosed of epilepsy and ADHD. However, we were able to support AF into college and mentored AF on life skills. Now AF is now a chef apprentice in the same college and has progressed on year 2 of his course in catering. AF’s dream and aspiration is to become the next Gordon Ramsey (celebrity Chef) and writing his own cookery books.
