We use Positive Behaviour Support
We meet the needs of young people with behaviours that challenge, leading to a more active social life and a better quality of life.
We use Person-Centred Active Support
Each individual is actively encouraged and enabled to take part in activities and is able to grow and develop their skills and independence.
We Adapt Support
We can provide additional support in the mornings, evenings and at weekends to enable each person to lead a full and varied life.
AF
AF came in when had just turned 16, AF couldn’t do anything on his own. AF has been diagnosed of epilepsy and ADHD. However, we were able to support AF into college and mentored AF on life skills. Now AF is now a chef apprentice in the same college and has progressed on year 2 of his course in catering. AF’s dream and aspiration is to become the next Gordon Ramsey (celebrity Chef) and writing his own cookery books.
